Asus Zenfone 4

Asus Zenfone 4

The Asus Zenfone 4 is a low budget phone with entry-level specifications but lacks the flash and has a smaller 1170 mAh battery while almost all the other smartphones with a 4″ screen have at least 1,500+ mAh batteries. On the other hand, the Zenfone 4 ships with Android v4.3 JellyBean and there is a planned upgrade to Android v4.4 KitKat while other phones are still running on Android version 4.1 or 4.2 Jelly Bean. The phone looks chic though, with the aluminium finish and 5 vibrant colours options to choose from.

Asus Zenfone 5

Asus Zenfone 5

The Zenfone 5 is mid-range smartphone with a HD display but still fails to break the ‘Retina’ barrier which means you can still see the pixels if you are a keen observer. Asus has used Intel Atom Z2580 chipset which has higher CPU and GPU clock when compared to Intel Atom Z2520 which is used in the Zenfone 4. The phone has a 8MP primary camera with autofocus, LED flash and Full HD 1080p video recording which is abundant for most of the people. The phone also has a 2MP secondary camera for video calls and self-portraits. The phone has a very moderate battery capacity and many users may not be happy as other phones like the Google Nexus 4 which is 4.7″ has a 2100mAh battery. The Zenfone 5 is a bit heavier than Zenfone 4 but has a slimmer waistline with 10.3mm in comparison. The phone will be available in 5 colours including a very rare Gold colour.

Asus Zenfone 6

The Zenfone 6 is a mid-range Phablet with a large 6″ screen with very low resolution. Most of the phablets these days come with Full HD display. The phone has a bit respectable 13MP camera combined with LED Flash and a 2MP front-facing camera. The phone has a hefty 3,230mAh battery which will be more than sufficient to power such a huge display. The phone will compete with Galaxy Mega 5.8 and Galaxy Note 2.
