HTC has officially stated that it is launching three new smartphones in the market. These smartphones belong to the Desire series and have been named Desire 7060, Desire 7088 and Desire 709d. These new devices will carry similar internal features; however, their looks will be different. These HTC Desire 7000 series devices will carry a capacitive touch display of 5 inches along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad core processor. They will work on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 5. The new smartphones of 7000 series will be first launched in China and will hopefully soon enter the Indian market.

Desire 7060 (as shown above) will have looks similar to HTC One, Desire 7088 appears much like butterfly S while Desire 709d comes with a textured back panel. The new HTC Desire 7000 series smartphones will sport a touch display of 5 inches with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. These devices have been equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 system chipset paired with an Adreno 203 GPU and a RAM of 1 GB. These smartphones will carry Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean  and run on HTC Sense 5 User Interface.

The HTC Desire 7000 series smartphones will feature a rear camera of 8 mega pixels with HTC Zoe to select the best click. The rear camera will have f/2.0 aperture. It also carries a secondary camera of 2.1 mega pixels for video conferencing. All three smartphones will have internal storage capacity of 8 GB and a memory card slot with which you can expand storage to up to 64 GB. HTC has incorporated BlinkFeed and BoomSound in the new Desire 7000 series. These devices will offer dual SIM support and carry a battery of 2100 mAh capacity. The new HTC Desire 7000 series handsets are quite appealing. However, prices of these smartphones have not been disclosed by the company yet.
