Say hello to the New Mac Pro, 3.7 GHz Quad-core Intel Xeon inside

Mac Pro was safely, the best engineered hardware of the decade, compressing its predecessors to around one eighth of its previous size. This time, it gets even bigger with insane specs. Not just that, the new Mac Pro is also noticeably quieter, thanks to new and customized heat sinks. To top it all up, the New Mac Pro, according to Apple is made in the United States, sorry China. Let’s just see what can be cramped into this tiny cylinder.

Inside the Mac Pro is a 3.7 GHz Quad-core Intel Xeon CPU, powerful. It also has AMD FirePro graphics, with up to 12 GB of GDDR5 VRAM, this contributes to around 7 TeraFlops of raw computing speed. Use the provided 6 thunderbolt 2 ports to expand your storage via high speed media. That’s not all, the thunderbolt 2 ports also allow you to interface and play around with 4k displays,this enables you to edit 4k content without a sweat. Storage media can also be interfaced through the 4 USB 3.0 ports. Enjoy next Generation flash speeds, with 1.2 Gbps reads and 1 Gbps writes. It also has Dual ethernet jacks and an HDMI output. The icing on the top will be that the device runs the latest version of the Apple OS, precisely OSX Mavericks.

All this comes at a price of $2999. Expected to arrive the fall of this year.
