It was in news that Blackberry Messenger (BBM) will now be available for iPhone and Android users and now Micromax has announced officially that it will be incorporating BBM in its Canvas series of smartphones. The company will ensure that the Blackberry Messenger, an instant chat application, has been pre loaded on the new Canvas series smartphones from the October first week. One can download this application on their Android enabled smartphones functioning on Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean versions free of cost from 21st September. However, it can be downloaded on iPhones working on iOS 6 and iOS 7 from 22nd September. But the cost of this app for users of iPhone has not been specified by Blackberry, yet.
According to the CEO of Micromax, they have brought one of the most widely used and popular messaging app to their smartphones in an effort to widen their services of messaging apps for their customers so that they can communicate and stay connected with the ones they love in a seamless manner.
