Once Apple initiated a scheme and it became so crowd-pleasing that not just Indian market but foreign market also started adapting it. All the leading companies started coming on their path and followed the scheme.
The plan was “buyback scheme” initially applied by Apple, followed by Nokia, BlackBerry, LG, Samsung and Sony. Now a new association got added to this series and the company is HTC. All the customers of HTC can now avail this scheme and get benefited.
HTC has come up with the buyback scheme on its desire series of phones, notably on the Desire X and the Desire U. Under this scheme whenever you exchange any old phone you will get Rs. 2,500 off on one of the aforementioned devices. It is quite notable that the cash back is subject to certain terms and conditions. The customers should be very familiar with them and try to know every detail of them.
The most heightened point in this scheme is that it lowers the price of Desire X from Rs 16,790 to Rs 14,280. Also in case of Desire U, the price will change from Rs 14, 390 to Rs 11,890. In case of Sony and Samsung, you will notice that they offer cashback after having raised the prices of the devices but this is not the case with HTC.
HTC has not lifted the price of its two devices- Desire X and Desire U. The normal price of Desire X and Desire U is 16,790 and 14,280 respectively. However if you buy them from e-commerce sites you will get Desire X at the range of 16,000 to Rs 17,490. The Desire U, on the other hand, is available in the range of Rs 13,000 to Rs 14,000 on e-commerce sites.
