Lava launches Etab Connect, a 7-inch tablet for Rs.9499


Indian mobile manufacturer Lava, which promised to launch a gadget every Friday (Blockbuster Phoneday), has launched the company’s first 3G voice-calling tablet Etab Connect for Rs.9499.

Etab Connect

This tablet  is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm  processor, 512MB RAM and runs Android 4.0.1 ICS OS. It features a 7-inch multi-touch display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution, 2 MP back camera and a VGA front camera.

Etab Connect supports connectivity features like Voice calling, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.

Other features of this tablet include apps like Merit Nation, EduKart, BIGFLIX, Hungama, Uahoy, Diamond Comics and ReadWhere.

Lava announced a “Search for the Touch” contest on it’s Facebook page, which is going to be held on 9th March.
