Acer, the Taiwanese phone maker, has proposed two new smart phones Liquid Gallant and Liquid Gallant Duo, to be released all over the world next month. The Liquid Gallant Duo, as the name indicates, has dual sim facilities, while the Liquid Gallant is a single sim-card version. The two Gallants are very similar in all their features, except the Duo’s dual sim feature. These gorgeous devices are dressed in gentle black and ceramic white colours.

SPBG EMEA Vice President, Allen Burnes, told in an interview that “This new Acer smartphone mission is quite simple: bring the best experience to all the modern days’ explorers, which results in creating a very affordable phone with no compromise on performance and usability.”

Though the price of these devices is not officially out yet, the online retailer is taking pre order for these devices at £148.99, and £147.99, respectively for the black and the white colors.

The two Android devices work on the ICS platform, with Acer having made a few changes to Google’s operating system.  The other key features include a 4.3″ qHD touch screen,1 GB RAM, 4 GB ROM, 1 GHz processer, Bluetooth with EDR and A2DP support, a 5 MP camera with LED flash and a 1500 mAh battery. These elegant devices each weigh 145 grams.

These devices are expected to feature surround sound, which will enable the user to have clarity in the audio, a Swype key board and Polaris document viewer. And also, the power button for these devices is expected to be in the rear, making it easier for switching it on and off.

With all these variety of features, these devices are expected to hit the market very soon with an affordable price for the common man  to make the  maximum possible use of it.
