After launching its Asha 501, Nokia is now looking forward to bring into the market its two more variants: Nokia 502 and Nokia 503. According to Nokia, Nokia Asha 502 and Nokia Asha 503 phones have Pegasus and Lanai as their codenames, respectively. These two phones are expected to come with 3G and offer slightly better features than its predecessor Nokia Asha 501. Though, no timelines has been revealed yet.
These two new Smartphones, Nokia Asha 502 and Nokia Asha 503, may be equal in terms of features. However, one of them will accommodate a single SIM while the other will be a dual SIM variant. As per the rumors, these Smartphones will come with a better rear camera of 5 mega pixels along with LED Flash. Nokia may also include its Music Store to the full touch Asha range. There has been no accurate information regarding the pricing of these new variants yet.
Nokia 502 is expected to come with a 3.2 or 3.5 inch touch screen scratch resistant display with a 360 x 640 pixel resolution. It will have a RAM of 128 or 512 MB. It is expected to be slightly slimmer and more stylish than its predecessor. Its processor will be a 1 or 1.2 Giga Hertz single or dual core. Its 5 mega pixel camera will come along with Nokia Camera app. On the Other hand, Nokia 503 will be better looking. It will work on a 1or 1.5 Giga Hertz dual core processor and will have a 3.2 to 4 inch touch display. Nokia 503 will have a RAM of 512 MB.
Our take: Nokia Asha 502 and Nokia Asha 503 will carry the brilliant technology and a brand name. They are expected to live up to the reputation of Nokia.
