HCL launches a voice calling tablet ME V1 for Rs.7789

Launching another budget tablet into the Indian market, HCL’s new ME V1 tablet comes with a 2G SIM slot for voice-calling feature.

Most of the specs of this tablet are similar to other Indian budget tablets. It runs on Android 4.0.4 (ICS), it boasts  1 GHz Cortex-A8 processor, 1 GB RAM, 7-inch capacitive multi touchscreen with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It comes with  a 2 MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera. It includes 4 GB memory and supports external memory upto 32 GB with microSD. Connectivity features of this tablet includes voice calling through 2G SIM, EDGE, 3G via dongle, WiFi, Bluettoth etc.
