Videocon launches a 7-inch budget tablet VT71 for Rs.4799


Videocon unveils a entry level tablet VT71 for Rs.4799. The specs of this tablet are not so impressive, but boasts very decent enough specs to compete with many other entry level tablets like Simmtronics XPAD X-720, Aakash 2 (UbiSlate 7Ci) etc.

It features a 7-inch display WVGA display, 1.2 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM and runs on Android 4.0 (ICS) OS. It’s not a 3G compatible tablet but supports connectivity features like WiFi, USB 2.0, USB OTG support and HDMI. This tablet also offers a VGA front camera, 4 GB in-built memory, a microSD slot for external memory and comes with pre-loaded apps like Nexgtv, Saavn, Facebook, Nimbuzz, TOI.
