XOLO to launch A1000, a Jelly Bean phablet with 5-inch display and dual-core processor


After launching two smart phones – XOLO X500 with Intex Atom Z2420 chipset and XOLO A500 with dual-core processor, now, according to fonearena XOLO is set to launch a 5-inch, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean phablet A1000.

A1000 includes a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen, dual-core processor, 8 MP back camera with LED flash, front camera and a 2100 mAh battery. This 8.8 mm thick device also features multi-tasking, home and back capacitive buttons.

Xolo A1000

After X900, XOLO has once again included an 8 MP rear camera in A100 as all of it’s previous phones sport a 5 MP rear camera. A100 joins the XOLO phablet family which is populated by XOLO A800.

This tablet phone is expected to be priced near Rs.15000 and may hit the stores in this month. A1000 competes with many sub 15k category phablets like the popular Micromax A110 and recently launched Spice Mi-530 Stellar Pinnacle, Karbonn Smart A111 and Byond B66.
