Samsung Galaxy Grand coming to India?

Samsung announced Galaxy Grand at CES 2013 and this device will arrive in Europe in the month of february. Now this phablet is expected to be launched in India around the same time of it’s europe release at a Samsung’s press event that is going to commence on January 22.

This phone runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) and packs a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and 1 GB RAM which supports faster multitasking and browsing. The 5-inch capacitive touchscreen of this phone runs on 800 x 480 pixels resolution with 187 PPI pixel density. It has a 8 MP rear camera with autofocus, LED flash that offers Full HD (1080p) video-recording and a 2 MP front camera. It includes 8 GB in-built memory and a microSD slot for external memory upto 64 GB. This phone lacks 4G but supports 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.

Other features of this phablet includes Direct Call, Smart Alert, Pop Up video, S Voice, AllShare Play etc

This phone is expected to come with a price tag of Rs.25000
